Every player, every score and your rankings, in one place on your phone. Scores save as you tap, even with no signal, and the totals add themselves up.
Decide how much each skill counts, then score every player against the same rubric. Keep scoring when you lose signal.

Built by a coach who wanted tryouts to be easier.
I’ve coached travel baseball for years. Every spring I run evaluations for 200+ rec players to help balance teams, and I run tryouts for three select teams: 9U, 11U and 13U.
With that many players and tryouts, staying organized took more work than it should have: clipboards, scoresheets, then hours of inputting all the data into spreadsheets and combing through the results. I needed a better way to run tryouts and a quicker way to make smart decisions, so I built BenchSlate to keep every player and every score organized in one place. I’ve been using it for my own tryouts since.
